Mixing-charging truck MSZ-14MT is intended to sequentially carry out the following operations:
-transportation of Sibirit-1000™ and Sibirit-1200™ emulsion components, gassing agent (emulsion density modifying agent) and auxiliary components;
-manufacturing of Sibirit-1000™ and Sibirit-1200™ emulsion according to Specifications 7276-016-05608605-2005 and, if necessary, reloading it into mixing-charging and delivery trucks;
-manufacturing of Sibirit-1000™ and Sibirit-1200™ commercial emulsion explosives (Specifications 7276-019-05608605-2005) and charging it into the  boreholes at the open pit mines.

The truck is based on Scania P380 vehicle chassis made for transporting dangerous goods and meeting ADR requirements to the vehicles of EX/III type.
The truck allows manufacturing Sibirit™ emulsion off-line directly on the unit, open pit mine and other site meeting requirements of industrial safety. Truck body has vessels for oxidizer solution, oil phase, gassing agent and auxiliary components, also compartment for technological equipment. By means of one charging with components the truck manufactures 14 tones of “Sibirit” emulsion or emulsion explosives “Sibirit”. The processes of emulsion manufacturing and boreholes charging are automated. Truck construction allows not to stop emulsion manufacturing when charging boreholes during moving from one borehole to another. Diameter of boreholes to be charged is from 100mm.
Carriage of semiproduct solution instead emulsion reduces the risk of consequences of emergency situation with charging trucks.
