Sibirit-2500 RZ™ - commercial explosive of class 1 (classification OST  84-2158-84), representing a blend of emulsion explosive - Sibirit-1200™ (Specifications 727680000-010-05608605-99) with granulite NP (Specifications 727680-001-00173901-94)  or with granulite UP (Specifications 7276-064-00173769-03)  or with granulite-igdanite (Specifications 7276-01-04683349-96).
Sibirit-2500 RZ™ is produced during simultaneous separate mechanized above ground charging of the borehole by  Sibirit-1200™ and granulite NP or UP or igdanite and is intended for blasting dry boreholes or boreholes containing little water (height of water column - 3-4 m), including applying to the rock and ores containing sulfides, if pyrite content does not exceed 30% and the acidity (pH) of the borehole water is no less than 4.0 in all climatic regions of Russia.

Minimum blasthole diameter  - 150 mm. Recommended depth of the borehole - up to 35-40 m. Sleep time - no less than 3-7 days (depending on whether high density or porous ammonium nitrate was used at producing granulite NP or UP).

Sample of identifying the product in the order and in technical documents:

Sibirit-2500 RZ™ (Specifications 727680-011-05608605-2000), where 2500 defines the weight ratio of the components, Sibirit-1200™ to granulite NP, UP or igdanite, which equals 25/75;  RZ index indicates that explosive composition is developed during  simultaneous separate charging (abbreviated from Russian) of the borehole from two mix-charging trucks.

The requirements of the present technical conditions are mandatory.

Main physical-chemical and blasting properties of Sibirit-2500RZ™ are given in the Table below.
