Sibirit-1000™ and 1200™ commercial emulsion explosive of Class 1 are produced in mix-charging trucks (SZM) of MSZ type and other charging trucks of analogous types intended for producing the mentioned herein explosives allowed by Rostehnadzor (Federal Service for Ecological, Technological and Nuclear Supervision) for permanent use. These explosives are intended for mechanized  blasthole charging in surface blasting operations and for blasting the rock mass of any hardness and with any degree of water presence, including the rocks and ores containing sulfides.

  • Minimum blasthole diameter  - 70 mm;
  • Maximum blasthole depth - 65 m;
  • Guaranty sleep time - from 7 up to 10 days (depending on the emulsifier);
  • The product will perform in temperatures from -400С to +500С.

Sample of identifying the product in the order and in technical documents: Sibirit-1000™ Specifications 7276-019-05608605-2005.
Main uncontrolled physical-chemical and blasting properties of Sibirits-1000™ and 1200™ are given in the table below.
