In 2015, a branch of NITRO SIBIR ZAO in Neryungri has commissioned a new production capacity, which is able to completely meet the needs of mining companies in industrial explosives of high quality and also in blasting rock mass preparation not only in Neryungri region, but also beyond its territory. The planned annual production - 25 thousand tons of emulsion explosives, 5 thousand tons of packaged explosives and 15 tons of explosives ANFO type.

The supplies of ammonium nitrate and packaged emulsion explosives are carried out by NITRO SIBIR Mongolia to its warehouse. The realization of explosives to the consumers is started in Mongolia. At present the preparation of granulated explosives production is carried out to pass the State commission.

The project on re-equipment of the manufacturing line at Sibirit - 1200™ emulsion explosives components production unit in Elizavetino settlement (Leningrad region) has been completed. Mobile equipment was replaced by stationary modules. Mobile equipment was replaced by stationary modules, which has allowed to increase the efficiency of the facility by 30%, as well as to improve work conditions for the operators.

Nitro Sibir Kuzbass ZAO has entered into contractor agreements and commenced blasting works at Vinogradovsky quarry.

The new complex for the production of the components for Sibirit™  emulsion explosives started to operate in Chelyabinskaya oblast on October 18, 2010. The project was implemented on the basis of the daughter company - Uralsky Sibirit OOO.The production was organized with the use of advanced scientific and engineering technologies of Nitro Sibir ZAO, including Module unit MUPKVVS-1200.

An opening ceremony of an emulsion explosives production plant was held in Magnitogorsk. The employees of the company and the guests from Moscow were present at the ceremony.
