In cooperation with the partners, Nitro Sibir ZAO carries out design and engineering of production units intended for manufacturing of emulsion explosives, including cartridge explosives and ANFO granulated commercial explosives, as well as of the complexes providing drilling and blasting services, which consist of: production unit - explosive materials storage facility.
Along with that Nitro Sibir ZAO administers design and engineering works, develops technological processes applied in specific engineering conditions, develops the solutions for industrial safety, automation and management of the technological process, regarding adapting utility networks to the technological processes developed and to the designed explosive material storage facilities. As a part of engineering documentation Industrial Safety Declaration, Engineering and technical measures on civil defense and prevention of emergency situations and the project of sanitary protection zone are developed.
The cartridge explosives production units are designed as stationary, mobile and hybrid versions.
Nitro Sibir ZAO provides support for the projects under development in all the expert organisations and obtains all the necessary approvals.
